Angelina Jolie visits Tunisia-Libya border

Tunis, April 6 (IANS) Actress Angelina Jolie has visited a refugee camp on the Tunisia-Libya border as a goodwill ambassador for the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).
Jolie was warmly greeted Tuesday by refugees of various nationalities at the Choucha camp, Xinhua reported citing Tunisia’s official TAP news agency.
The actress also thanked the authorities for their humanitarian efforts, saying that the situation calls for an intervention by all parties to alleviate the suffering of the conflict-hit people.
