Amy Beck’s Husband Faces Legal Charges

Jan 22, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Amy Beck had confessed to her husband Nathaniel Beck that she has had a sexual affair with her at-the-time student. The family of this student has filed a lawsuit against Amy Beck’s husband, after he threatened to kill the teenager with the gun issued by his department. The family of the student claims that when Nathaniel Beck learned that his wife was having an affair with the 14-year-old student of Jordan Middle School, he threatened to kill him. The lawsuit was filed this week in Los Angeles County Superior Court.
Amy Beck’s husband, Nathaniel Beck happens to be a Los Angeles police officer. The lawsuit filed against him also alleges that the police officer “shirked his mandatory duty” at the time he failed to report the “sexual molestation”. The next allegation brought by the lawsuit is against the Los Angeles Police Department which says that the department could also be held responsible in the matter in a manner that it has not been able to provide adequate supervision, training and discipline to Nathaniel Beck. Amy Beck herself turned up into the police station claiming that she had indeed gone into such a lewd act with her student. The student has not yet been identified by the police. The family also accused the LAPD of failing to take any disciplinary action even when the Department received the complaints regarding Amy Beck’s husband.
Although the matter took place a couple of years ago, it had remained under wraps until yesterday. This is a grave matter and could lead to the police officer losing his job. What happens next is just a matter of time.
