Ahmadinejad signs 16 agreements with Lebanon
October 14th, 2010 - 8:58 pm ICT by IANSBeirut, Oct 14 (IANS/AKI) Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has signed 16 agreements with Lebanon in the agriculture, media, education, energy and tourism sectors, a media report said Thursday.
Ahmadinejad also expressed willingness to supply arms to Lebanon after the US suspended a weapons shipment Aug 3 to the country, the NaharNet website reported.
He was greeted by supporters in Beirut Wednesday who showered his motorcade with flower petals.
