Abu Dhabi court to give verdict on pirates
February 8th, 2012 - 1:08 am ICT by IANSAbu Dhabi, Feb 7 (IANS/WAM) A court in Abu Dhabi will deliver its verdict March 6 on 10 pirates charged with hijacking MV Arrilah-I ship last April.
The bulk carrier was loaded with aluminium en route from Australia to Jebel Ali April 1 when pirates hijacked it.
Special counter-terrorism units, in coordination with the US Fifth Fleet personnel, liberated the vessel next day.
