A woman who stopped two assailants
September 17th, 2011 - 5:39 pm ICT by IANSLondon, Sep 17 (IANS) Two men kicked and punched another man in a town centre in Britain as people watched mutely — it took a brave young woman to come in between the assailants and the victim and stop the vicious attack.
Aimee Yule, a 22-year-old taxi controller, pulled one of the assailants away from unconscious Jason Waters. He had suffered a broken nose and fractures, reported The Sun.
She protected Waters when the assailants tried to attack him again in Darlington, County Durham.
Yule was praised at Teesside Crown Court Friday.
