A-list stars to join Michelle Obama for Women’’s History Month celebration

Washington, Mar 19 (ANI): A-list stars including Alicia Keyes, Sheryl Crow, Debbie Allen and Alfre Woodard will join U.S. first lady Michelle Obama to celebrate Women’’s History Month.
Beginning Thursday, Obama kicks off the series of events at Washington-area schools at which she and others will speak to students about career goals and achieving their dreams.
“These events are an extension of the Obama administration’’s commitment to engage with the D.C. community and open the White House for arts, culture and educational purposes,” the Washington Post quoted the first lady’’s office, as saying.
The celebrities plan to return for an evening dinner at the White House, to which more students from other D.C. area schools have been invited. (ANI)
