58,000 Air Traffic Movements in UAE during September
October 19th, 2011 - 12:59 am ICT by IANSDubai, Oct 18 (IANS/WAM) The UAE General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) announced that air traffic movements in the UAE grew 9.7 percent during September against same period last year.
The GCAA monthly report indicated that total air traffic movements in Septembr were 57,773 with an average of 1,926 air traffic movements per day.
Dubai was ranked first with 25,874 air traffic movements. Overflights were next at 12,626 air traffic movements. Abu Dhabi ranked third with 8,354 air traffic movements.
