5 die in Pakistan blast
April 4th, 2011 - 3:32 pm ICT by IANSIslamabad, April 4 (IANS) At least five people were killed and 30 injured Monday in a blast that took place near a bus stand in Pakistan’s northwest district of Lower Dir, said a media report.
The blast took place at 12.10 p.m. near a bus stop in the Munda Qala area of Lower Dir, which is only about 10 km from the Afghanistan border, reported TV channel ARY.
Xinhua cited local media reports as saying that it was a suicide blast. However, there was no official confirmation.
