26 injured in Karachi grenade attack: Geo TV
June 4th, 2011 - 6:46 pm ICT by IANSKarachi, June 4 (IANS) At least 26 people, including three children, were injured when some unidentified men lobbed a hand grenade at a hotel in the Pakistani port city of Karachi early Saturday, Geo TV quoted police as saying.
According to available details, the incident took place in the wee hours in Thokar Gali of Karachi’s Napier Road. The attackers were riding a motorcycle, witnesses said.
Rescue teams and police shifted the injured to the Civil Hospital where three of the wounded were stated to be in critical condition.
