20 die in Bolivia accident
July 23rd, 2010 - 1:27 pm ICT by IANSLa Paz, July 23 (IANS) At least 20 people were killed here in Bolivia when a truck in which they were travelling plunged into a 250-metre-deep ravine, police said.
A nine-year-old girl survived as she dropped out of the falling truck and was miraculously caught in the trees Thursday evening, Xinhua quoted police as saying.
Police said the driver may have fallen asleep, leading to the accident.
