Beijing, July 24 (IANS) At least 13 people were killed in a landslide in northwest China’s Gansu province Saturday, authorities said.
A total of 15 people were buried under 3,000 cubic metres of debris in Pingliang City where workers were dredging a river, Xinhua reported quoting a statement from the provincial government.

Rescuers had found all those buried in the debris and taken them to hospital where 13 later succumbed.
