12 missing after ship collision in Indonesia
August 4th, 2010 - 8:55 pm ICT by IANSJakarta, Aug 4 (IANS) Twelve people were missing after two cargo ships collided in the waters off eastern Indonesia early Wednesday, an official said.
The ships collided in the waters off Bulukumba Selayar in South Sulawesi province, a rescuer at the provincial rescue office said, adding 11 people were already saved.
“There were 23 people on board both ships. The rescuers are searching for the 12 missing persons now,” he told Xinhua.
