12 die in Argentina vehicle collision
April 18th, 2011 - 8:25 am ICT by IANSBuenos Aires, April 18 (IANS)) At least 12 people were killed and several others injured when their van collided head-on with a tanker in Buenos Aires, Xinhua reported.
The accident occurred in the Vedia locality Sunday. Police said the identities of the victims are being verified.
The tanker apparently went out of its way and collided with the van. All those who died in the accident were in the van.
The tanker driver was detained and a probe was launched.
