Thousands registered to get married today since the number eight is considered very lucky in the Chinese culture.The quality of the air continues to be a major issue in the lead up to the games. Ten thousand athletes have gathered in China for the Olympic games along with hundreds of thousands of fans and 30,000 journalists.
