She said, "being fit is good but starving yourself is bad. I have always been fit, but I have not been finicky about being ultra-slim. I do work-out and eat in moderation, but more than that I think it's not necessary as beauty lies in eyes of the beholder and you have to feel fit and beautiful from within first."
