Youth gunned down in Kashmir
April 10th, 2011 - 11:56 pm ICT by IANSSrinagar, April 10 (IANS) A 21-year-old youth was killed by unidentified gunmen in north Kashmir’s Sopore town Sunday evening, police said.
Sajad Ahmad was shot in the Rahim Sahib locality, a senior police officer said.
“The youth suffered critical bullet injuries and before he could be taken to the hospital, he succumbed to his injuries,” he said.
“The area has been cordoned off and is being searched. The motive for the murder is being established,” the officer said.
