Woman’s body found in sack
October 10th, 2011 - 1:02 am ICT by IANSNew Delhi, Oct 9 (IANS) The body of a woman, seeming to have been murdered, was found near a inter-state bus terminal in east Delhi, police Sunday.
“Police received information about a sack lying near Anand Vihar Bus Terminal Saturday night. The woman’s body was then recovered,” said a police official.
“There are no injury marks on the body and it has been sent to Lal Bahadur Shastri Hospital for post-mortem,” the official said, adding it seemed to be a case of murder.
The unidentified woman would be around 30 years, the official said.
“We have registered a case of murder and our investigation is on,” said the official.
