Woman found murdered in Gurgaon home
January 26th, 2011 - 1:49 am ICT by IANSGurgaon, Jan 26 (IANS) A 28-year-old woman was found murdered in her house in Gurgaon’s Saraswati Vihar area Tuesday evening, police said. Shweta Singh, the victim, had married just last year and police said the murder looked like the work of professional killers. She was found dead at around 7 p.m.
“Shweta was attacked by a sharp-edged weapon, which suggests that it was a handiwork of professional killers,” a police officer said.
Shweta married Kuku Ranjan, a charted accountant with a multinational company, last year. A case of murder has been registered at the Sector 29 police station of Gurgaon, the officer added.
