London, Jan 15 (IANS) Late singer Amy Winehouse’s father Mitch is reportedly in talks with TV companies about airing the “tribute concert” in remembrance of his daughter.
The concert will raise money for charitable foundation that supports and cares for young people and is named after his late daughter.
“Claims that ITV have done a deal for the gig are premature. All options are open at the moment but one idea is to make fans pay a few quid to watch the concert,” thesun.co.uk quoted a source as saying.
“Big artists will be booked from both sides of the Atlantic so people will want to see it. It will be a huge event,” the source added.
Winehouse was found dead at her home in July last year. Details of toxicology tests had revealed there were no illegal drugs in her body.
