Warm day in Himachal Pradesh

Shimla, May 14 (IANS) The hills of Himachal Pradesh Saturday experienced warm weather Saturday with Una town being the hottest with a high of 41.2 degrees Celsius, an official said.
“In the next few days, the mercury will rise further as western disturbances are not approaching the region,” Manmohan Singh, director of the meteorological office here, told IANS.
Shimla recorded a maximum temperature of 26.9 degrees Celsius, while the night temperature was 16.2 degrees.
Dharamsala, the venue of the Indian Premier League (IPL) matches, recorded the day temperature at 32.4 degrees Celsius, while it was 22.1 degrees in Kalpa in Kinnaur district and 34.3 degrees in Bhuntar in Kullu district.
