Vote bank politics shields illegal Bangladeshis: Court
January 24th, 2012 - 11:13 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, Jan 24 (IANS) Petty vote bank politics prevents firm, resolute and intense government action against nearly three crore Bangladeshis illegally staying in India, a Delhi court said while sentencing a dacoity case convict from the neighbouring country to a four-years jail term.
Additional Sessions Judge Kamini Lau, in a order made available Tuesday, awarded the four-year jail term to Fazlu.
