The much awaited Verizon Droid phone which has already attacked its competitor Apple iphone with its advertisement has some special features that analysts believe will appeal to tech-savvy users.

The lightweight Droid phone with its multitasking feature and the operating system of Android 2.0 is expected to draw a large amount of profit from the market. One would be able to use the phone comfortably as it has QWERTY keyboard and a wide screen. The all new phone of Verizon is supported by camera of 5 megapixel and the video recording done in this phone will have DVD quality.

Though the Verizon Droid has some unique features to increase its popularity among the smartphone lovers, it will face tough competition of Apple. According to the reports of the sources, in reply to Verizon Droid’s attack, Apple iphone has planned the launch of a new iPhone which would be priced much lower than these smartphones. It has come to the news that the new iphone of Apple is on the final stage of its making and so smartphone can expect to check it within a short period. This indicates that one Verizon Droid would have to compete with two iphones if it wants to remain in the market.
