Two teachers booked for molesting student
August 13th, 2009 - 1:42 pm ICT by IANS ( Leave a comment )Lucknow, Aug 13 (IANS) Two teachers of a government school in Uttar Pradesh’s Mirzapur district have been booked for allegedly molesting a Class 8 student, police said Thursday.
Ganesh Singh and S.K. Verma, teachers of the government school in Marihan, had asked victim to come early Wednesday to prepare for a function. Finding her alone in the classroom, they allegedly molested her, police inspector Ramesh Chaubey said.
When the girl raised an alarm, some employees came to her rescue but the teachers escaped. “Efforts are on to arrest the teachers,” said Chaubey.
