Two run over by speeding Blueline bus in Delhi

- New Delhi, Oct 26 (IANS) A speeding Blueline bus Monday evening mowed down two men on a motorcycle in south Delhi, police said.
The accident occurred near Maharani Bagh flyover when the recklessly driven Blueline bus, plying on route number 543 (Anand Vihar and Safdarjung Hospital), hit the motorbike from behind around 4.50 p.m.
Anjani, 29, died on the spot while his friend Kundan, 25, succumbed to head and other injuries in the trauma centre.
The driver of the bus managed to flee from the spot after the accident, police said.
“We have registered a case and are investigating the matter,” said a police officer.
