Noida, Feb 20 (IANS) Two minor girls have been reported missing from outside their homes in this satellite town of the national capital, the police said Friday.
The two girls, aged nine and three, were related and went missing from near their homes in Sector 8 Thursday evening, a police official said.

Kallu, a vegetable vendor living in Sector 8, complained that his nine-year-old daughter had returned from school and had gone out to play near their house around 4 p.m., but she never returned home, the official said.

Kallu’s brother-in-law Shakeel also reported that his three-year-old daughter Farina had disappeared from outside his home in the same locality.

“We are investigating the case,” the official added.

This comes within 10 days of six minors, including three girls, going missing in east Delhi. On Feb 10, the children had left for their school, Sarvodya Vidyalaya in Vishwas Nagar, but never returned home. They all live in the same New Sanjay Amar Colony behind Karkadooma courts complex, and are in the age group of 14 to 17.
