Phool Kumar was serving a jail sentence in a double murder case and was out on parole.

“Near Kheri village bypass, some armed youths blocked their way and started firing. Two people were killed while the security guard sustained some minor injuries. Himmat managed to escape from the spot. An old enmity could be a reason behind this attack,” Dalbir Singh Yadav, deputy superintendent of police of Rohtak, said.
