Two men murdered in Delhi

New Delhi, Dec 6 (IANS) Two men were murdered in separate incidents in the capital Saturday, the police said. According to the police, in the first incident, Sunil Bahadur, 30, was beaten to death by his colleague Dharmender in the Alipur area.

Bahadur was a security supervisor at a Hyundai godown in Jindpur village of Alipur area.

“Dharamender hit Bahadur on the head with a heavy weapon and Bahadur died on the spot,” the police officer said.

The police have arrested Dharmender and Bahadur’s body has been sent for autopsy.

In the second incident Ramesh, 22, was killed by his friends in Shahbad Dairy area of the outer district.

Ramesh’s was a resident of Madrasi colony in Shahbad area.

“Ramesh along with his friends Mahesh, Murshid and Sachhu were drinking together when they got into argument and in a fit of rage Murshid, Mahesh and Sachhu started beating Ramesh with some heavy weapon. Ramesh suffered serious head injuries and died on the spot,” the police officer said.

Police later arrested Mahesh and Murshid while Sachhu is absconding.
