Ranchi, Nov 30 (IANS) Two Maoist rebels, planning to disrupt the second phase of polls to the Jharkhand assembly Dec 2, were arrested Monday from the state’s Ramgarh district and weapons and detonators seized from them, police said.
“Two Maoist rebels have been arrested from West Bokaro area of Ramgarh district. A 9 mm pistol, a country made pistol, six electrical detonators, two bundles of pamphlets and one banner calling for poll boycott were seized from them,” Jharkhand police spokesman V.H.
