Two held for murder
February 24th, 2011 - 10:43 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, Feb 24 (IANS) A man and his associate were arrested for murdering his girlfriend’s husband in south Delhi, police said Thursday.
Sandeep Sharma, 30, was intimate with the deceased Gaurav Gupta’s wife and along with his associate Aman Kumar, 22, killed the victim, the police said.
“They picked up the victim from Saket area Feb 15 and hit him on his head before dumping the body in Surajkund in Haryana. They were arrested from Dwarka Wednesday,” an official said.
Interestingly, all the four, including the victim’s wife, were allegedly involved in immoral trafficking cases earlier, the officer said.
The two arrested men were also involved in several cases of automobile thefts, he added.
