Two held for carry pistol in Noida Metro station
December 31st, 2010 - 12:41 am ICT by IANSNoida, Dec 30 (IANS) Two people were arrested for illegally carrying a pistol in the City Centre station of Delhi Metro in Noida Thursday evening, police said.According to Girish Kumar Jayant, station house officer of Sector-24 police station, Dilshad (25) and Jahid (27) were arrested while trying to approach the Metro platform for going to Punjabi Bagh in Delhi.
The two were undergoing a check at the platform entry point during which the country made pistol and two cartridges were recovered from their bag.
They work for an aluminum doors company in Morna, police said.
