New Delhi, April 14 (IANS) Two drug peddlers have been here for killing another drug peddler in Bihar to avenge his tip-off that got their relative arrested, police said Thursday.

“Shyam Kishore and Gulshan Kumar were arrested from Shalimar Bagh (in north Delhi) following a tip-off,” said Deputy Commissioner of Police Meenu Choudhury.

The two had allegedly killed Vikas Sahu, a wholesale marijuana supplier, in Bihar’s Samastipur Jan 7 because had got Shyam Kishore’s elder brother Radhey Shyam arrested with 6 kg marijuana, said Choudhury.

While Shyam Kishore came to Delhi for treatment of his brother Radhey Shyam, who had begun supply marijuana for Sahu after getting handicapped in a factory accident, their nephew Gulshan Kumar, who had passed Class 12 two years ago, came to Delhi in search of job and was staying with him.

Radhey Shyam was once arrested with marijuana and but was bailed out with Sahu’s help.

“Radhey Shyam was again arrested 18 months ago after Sahu tipped off police, as they had an argument over some financial dispute. Radhey Shyam, however, got bailed out with the help of his friends,” said Choudhury.

Furious over Sahu’s role, Shyam Kishore and Gulshan Kumar, who became marijuana suppliers themselves after Radhey Shyam’s arrest, killed him, Choudhury added.
