Train derailment: Railways open several helplines
August 1st, 2011 - 1:17 am ICT by IANSKolkata, July 31 (IANS) The Indian Railways have opened several helpline numbers to assist the relatives of the passengers of the derailed Bangalore-bound Guwahati-Bangalore Express in West Bengal’s Malda district.
The train ran off tracks and was hit by a passenger train coming from the opposite direction.
