Trader robbed of jewellery worth Rs.15 lakhs
January 30th, 2010 - 11:07 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, Jan 30 (IANS) Two motorcycle-borne assailants Saturday robbed a businessman of gold and diamond jewellery worth Rs.15 lakhs near the Karol Bagh Metro station, police said.
According to police, Rajat Jain had come to the Metro station in his car. He asked his driver to park the car. As he waited for his driver, the two assailants snatched his bag and fled.
Police said they suspect that the robbery was committed by someone known to the victim.
