Three students abducted in Madhya Pradesh
December 31st, 2010 - 4:32 pm ICT by IANSBhopal, Dec 31 (IANS) Three students of a homeopathic college have been abducted from Bhind district of Madhya Pradesh and the abductors have demanded ransom from their relatives, police said Friday.The three Uttar Pradesh boys, students of Ramnath Homeopathic College in Bhind, about 390 km from Bhopal, have been missing since Dec 28 evening and a report was registered at Gormi police station.
Police said Friday that the boys’ relatives received ransom calls from the abductors.
“The abductors demanded Rs.10 lakh each for the release of the boys,” Inspector K.L. Dangi of Gormi police station said, adding that the search for the boys is underway.
