Three Maoist guerrillas arrested in Jharkhand
December 28th, 2011 - 7:28 pm ICT by IANSRanchi, Dec 28 (IANS) Three Maoist guerrillas were arrested in Jharkhand’s Khuti district on Wednesday, police said.
According to police, the three guerrillas belonging to the People’s Liberation Front of India (PLFI) were arrested from Bhandaria village of Khuti district. Police seized four mobile phones, one motorbike and Rs.30,000 in cash from the arrested Maoists.
According to police, the seized cash was collected by the Maoists as extortion money.
