Three killed in Tripura road mishap
December 6th, 2011 - 5:36 pm ICT by IANSAgartala, Dec 6 (IANS) At least three people were killed when two speeding triple-ridden bikes collided with each other in Tripura, police said Tuesday.
“Six people were coming on two speeding bikes from different directions when the vehicles collided at Jirania, near Agartala, killing one person, an engineer, on the spot late Monday night,” a police spokesman told reporters.
Police took the remaining five injured people to G.B. hospital where two people, both artisans, succumbed to their injuries.
The condition of the remaining injured persons was stated to be critical.
