Three killed in Pakistan rocket attacks
August 14th, 2011 - 4:48 pm ICT by IANSIslamabad, Aug 14 (IANS) At least three Pakistani paramilitary troopers were killed and 25 injured in a rocket attack on their camp by militants in a restive tribal area of North Waziristan, an officer said.
Four rockets hit the camp in Miranshah, the main town of North Waziristan tribal
district, where troops were preparing for an Independence Day function, Online news agency quoted a senior security officer as saying Sunday.
Five of the injured troopers were in serious condition, the officer added.
