Ajmer, Sep 4 (IANS) A four-year-old girl was among three people killed when rocks from adjoining hills crushed their house after torrential rains in Rajasthan’s Ajmer town Tuesday, police said.

Nazama, 26, her brother Javed, 14, and her daughter Mahak, 4, were residents of Longia Mohalla in the city, some 150 km from Jaipur.

Their house was in the lap of Taragarh hills. Heavy rains since morning caused some heavy rocks to slide from the hills, crushing the house.

“It took rescue teams about two hours to take out the bodies,” a police officer said.
