Theatre veteran Satyadev Dubey dies (Lead)
December 25th, 2011 - 3:36 pm ICT by IANSMumbai, Dec 25 (IANS) Well-known playwright and director Satyadev Dubey passed away here Sunday after several months of illness, family sources said. He was 75.
Dubey, who had slipped into a coma after suffering a massive epileptic attack, had been in hospital since September, theatre sources said. He died at around 12.30 p.m. Sunday.
He was known for plays like “Pagla Ghoda”, “Adhey Ahdure” and “Evam Indrajit”, but undoubtedly his most famous production was “Andha Yug”.
