Teenage robbers arrested in Delhi
July 6th, 2010 - 11:22 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, July 6 (IANS) Three teenagers, including two minors, were Tuesday arrested here over a robbery that happened last month in Rohini.
The three Bijender 19, and the other two aged 16 and 17 robbed two men in Central Park June 25 and stabbed one of them.
“The accused robbed three mobile phones, cash worth Rs.11,000, an ATM card and some important documents,” a senior police official said.
Bijender was nabbed from his house in north Delhi after a tip-off, police said.
On interrogation, he disclosed the names of his other two accomplices who were also apprehended from their homes.
“We recovered two wallets containing an ATM card, and some important documents,” the official said.
The two minors were brought before the juvenile justice board, police said.
