Talwar attacker granted bail
March 14th, 2011 - 7:17 pm ICT by IANSAllahabad, March 14 (IANS) The Allahabad High Court Monday granted bail to Utsav Sharma, who was arrested after he assaulted Rajesh Talwar, the father of slain teenager Arushi Talwar, outside a local court in Ghaziabad about two months ago.
Sharma (24) attacked Talwar while the latter was coming out of the special Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) court in Ghaziabad Jan 25.
The court had ruled that Talwar should be tried for his daughter’s murder.
Sharma had also attacked tainted former Haryana top cop S.P.S. Rathore, convicted in the Ruchika Girhotra molestation case, outside a Chandigarh court last year.
