Suspected Pakistani spy held in Bihar
August 2nd, 2011 - 2:03 pm ICT by IANSPatna, Aug 2 (IANS) A man suspected to be a Pakistani spy has been arrested in Bihar’s Araria district near the India-Nepal border, police said Tuesday.
He was arrested from a train at Forbesganj railway station Monday following intelligence reports, Sashastra Seema Bal Deputy Commandant B.K. Chauhan said.
“He is being interrogated and prima facie appeared to be a spy working for Pakistan,” Chauhan added.
A police official said the arrested man is a resident of a village in Jharkhand. “In the last few months he was found to change his name and address several times and his activities were suspicious.”
