Supreme Court grants bail to Rathore
November 11th, 2010 - 12:34 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, Nov 11 (IANS) The Supreme Court Thursday granted bail to former director general of Haryana Police S.P.S. Rathore, who was convicted and sentenced to 18 months imprisonment for molesting teenager Ruchika Girhotra in 1990.
The apex court bench of Justice P. Sathasivam and Justice B.S. Chauhan said Rathore would not leave the country without specific permission of the court.
