Margao (Goa), Nov 23 (IANS) Shorts, T-shirts, ganjis and rubber slippers make for ideal wardrobe when in Goa. No wonder when superstar Shah Rukh Khan arrived wearing formals - a suit, a tie and black shoes - to inaugurate the 42nd International Film Festival of India (IFFI), he felt like a “sore thumb”.
“At the Goa film festival…wearing a suit in Goa…kinda takes away the spirit of the place…feel like a sore thumb…,” Shah Rukh posted on his Twitter page Wednesday.
King Khan chose a black suit for the occasion, and looked dapper as usual.
The actor was in Margao, 35 km from Panaji, to inaugurate the 10-day fest for cultural exchanges between Indian filmmakers as well as artists and cinema experts from several countries.
