Suicide blast kills five in Pakistan

Islamabad, Nov 21 (Xinhua) At least five people were killed Friday when a suicide bomber blew himself up during a funeral in northwestern Pakistan, Dawn News channel reported. The incident occurred during a funeral prayer in Islamia colony near Bannu road of Dera Ismail Khan district of North West Frontier Province, said the report.

Five people were killed and more than 20 injured, the channel said quoting initial report.

The prayer was being held for Shahid Iqbal who was shot dead Thursday by unidentified gunmen on motorcycles.
