Spice Girls may perform at Olympic closing ceremony

London, July 20 (IANS) The Spice Girls are reportedly planning a comeback for the closing ceremony of the Olympics.
Apparently Victoria Beckham, Geri Halliwell, Emma Bunton, Melanie Brown and Melanie Chisholm are “95 percent” confirmed to perform at the closing event, reports contactmusic.com.
The group has not sung together since 2008, but could join George Michael, The Who, Take That, Emeli Sande and Jessie J for the closing ceremony.
The London Games will be held from July 27 to Aug 12.
