Some leads in battered baby case: Police
January 30th, 2012 - 8:03 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, Jan 30 (IANS) Following the questioning of a woman, some leads have been obtained in the case relating to the battered baby, who was admitted in AIIMS by a 15-year-old girl Jan 18, police said Monday.
Deputy Commissioner of Police Chhaya Sharma said Rajkumar Gupta, who is the key accused in the case relating to the two-year-old baby Falak, is still absconding but the woman from whom he received the child has been identified as Laxmi and she is being questioned.
A woman, Munni, mother of four, had left the child in the house of Laxmi from where Rajkumar had taken Falak in September.
