Six killed in Orissa road accident
October 12th, 2011 - 7:49 pm ICT by IANSBhubaneswar, Oct 12 (IANS) Six people were killed and four critically injured Wednesday when their vehicle rammed into a stationary truck in Orissa’s Balasore district, police said.
The accident took place on National Highway-5, just a few kilometres away from the place where eight tourists, including two women, were killed Oct 9 in a similar accident, an official said.
The latest accident took place near Manjaripur village, about 150 km from here. While five people died on the spot, another succumbed to injuries in the local hospital.
