Singh’s son has already been charged under sections 297 and 337 of the Indian Penal Code for rash and negligent driving and causing hurt.
The vehicle, a Toyota Innova driven by Siddharth, was also carrying state Power Minister Aleixo Sequeira’s son Antonio and three other youngsters and they were heading towards a pub in Vasco, 35 km from here.
