Security guard kills wife, sons
June 1st, 2011 - 1:36 pm ICT by IANSBhubaneswar, June 1 (IANS) A security guard of a state-run company axed his wife and two sons to death and later surrendered before the police, officials said Wednesday.
The incident happened early Tuesday in Orissa’s Ganjam district when 55-year-old B.Hadibandhu Dora killed his wife B.Nilima Dora, 45, and sons Jagannath, 28 and Cinku, 9 at his village Kaliabali, about 170 km from here, while they were sleeping.
The matter came to light only after the accused came to the nearby police station late Tuesday evening and confessed to his crime, inspector in charge of the Chatrapur police station D.K.Tripathy told IANS.
Hadibandhu was suspecting his wife of having an extra-marital affair, he said.
